One early summer day in Barcelona, u200bu200bNazario comes across Mich, an alcoholic now confined to a wheelchair, whom he has been photographing from his window for years. In all that time, he had never dared to say a word, a smile or a glance to him, fearful that their repeated encounters could create a bond between them that would force him into a relationship he did not want. That summer morning, however, Nazario ventures to speak to the man, and the gesture ends up unleashing an extravagant relationship with the group formed by Mich, Helga, Moisés and Omar, whom he will end up feeding and offering conversation to on a daily basis. After the death of Alejandro, his companion for thirty-six years, and, months later, that of his only brother, whom he adored, everything in Nazario's life has suddenly fallen apart - or will do so little by little. Widower and orphan, loneliness has been undermining his daily life and, in this emotional disarray, the philanthropic relationship with the group led by Mich, the "great tyrant", reveals itself as a kind of vital objective.
